Polaroids.

So, today we went to Value Village. and I found some Polaroid Cameras. and being the photo freak - ish thing that I am, I bought one. for 2.25 (including tax). But no film. or I think there was one in it..but when i tried to take a picture..it didnt come out so i took the cartridge out..which was a bad idea.

but later, i managed to get my hands on a couple of old films, expired in july of 94...and put them in and the cover slip came out. but when i took a picture, again..it didnt come out! .. so I went to my closet, took out the catridge, took out the first film and looked at it.

the chemicals were dried, does that mean the film is useless? if you can answer this question, it`d be awesomeee.
